Delay Suspension until graduated to full license

Hi Sean,

I have been given an speeding infringement with a mandatory suspension of 3 months. I am on green P's but only have a couple of months left before graduating to full license. If i was to object to the infringement and take it to court with the likely expectation of a guilty plea / conviction, would it be possible for this court process to delay the suspension until I have graduated to a full license - the intent being that, after the 3 month suspension, I would be a full license holder rather than having to remain on an extended probationary license period...is this even possible/ allowed?

It won't work. They will send you back to Ps after you lose your court case.
