Can't see the image. I tried cutting and pasting the link into the address bar with no luck. Just one question. How do you jnow the police who pulled you over were the same ones you saw earlier? Could the ones who pulled you over, have been sitting there and the others passed them by?! Just covering all bases when you broach the subject. I find a lot of police cars are hard to tell apart.

You can subpoena the stored data, or do an FOI. See the registrar of the court about how to issue a subpoena. They should have a form for that. I do not know if that data is archived or not. Similar data in a PBT instrument is obtainable, so it may be possible.

For centuries before the invention of computers and cameras prosecutors have been able to adduce oral evidence in court to prove offences. That is still the case. A Magistrate is entitled to accept the evidence of a witness who tells the court what they saw, did and heard. I know you are trying to refute the police evidence and you probably think that is the best way to defend yourself. But considering it is unlikely your word being capable of causing reasonable doubt in the mind of the Magistrate it is usually better to use the police case against themselves. For that you might need a lawyer though. You complain that the police don't say where they were located, but they almost never do. The police have to be stopped to use a laser, so they might say they saw you coming up behind pretty fast, then pulled over and aimed the laser out the rear window at you. You won't know the answer to those things until you get to court and ask them in the witness box. That sort of detail hardly ever comes in the preliminary brief and is often not included in a full brief. The more you ask them questions before they get in the witness box the longer they have to think about how to answer your questions.
