To answer something that you previously raised, when I did school zone based laser enforcement, when I activated my voice recorder as soon as I had a car in excess of 40+ I would state into it the rego, speed, lane detected and the time as per my watch.

It comes down to the individual Mr. Chef. If I was to judge someone based on this sentence alone (assuming it's true), I would say that it's someone that exceeds the requirement of the job in terms of meticulousness.

The usual LEO - Excessive speed (emergency), seat beats, mobiles and the rest are other people's crap like speeding, failing to give way / failing to obey lights, and careless driving.
