If it was close to 8.00am or 9.30am do you really think the informant would be rounding it to 5 minute increments?? :roll:

The usual LEO - Excessive speed (emergency), seat beats, mobiles and the rest are other people's crap like speeding, failing to give way / failing to obey lights, and careless driving.
