To change your board settings to adjust for daylight savings:
For Eastern summer time, click on the User Control Panel link above, then select Board Preferences > My Timezone.
Set your time zone to UTC + 11 hours.
For Eastern Standard (winter) time, set it for UTC + 10 hours.
