DUI can I claim

Hi
Recently after crashing into a concrete fence I received an S51 suspension(since withdrawn) and a drink driving infringement(high range) in relation to the incident.I plan to object to the infringement and win this case but I do not know what to do re insurance.
My thoughts are that my comprehensive insurance will not pay because of the dui though I have not spoken to them yet. Should I speak to them and provide all the facts or should I just get the car fixed and say nothing? Is there any chance of being able to make a successful claim.

You should make a claim. Depending on how the alcohol was tested and wether or not you win, the claim might succeed.
